Chili pepper (Chili pepper)

The spicy component of chili peppers (capsaicinoid) is used as an API for anti-pain agents, with its promotion activity for the blood flow.
We have imported chili peppers from overseas, but in 2014, seeking to obtain raw materials with higher active content, we began working with contracted farmers locally in Hida. By pursuing cultivation locally in Hida, we can ensure a stable domestic supply of chili peppers while contributing to the region.

Pursuing stable production, we launched a medicinal chili pepper shippers’ association, where we host workshops and other events on cultivation and harvesting, collaborating with association members. Leveraging the advantages of domestic cultivation sites, we are using this to create an advanced GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) guarantee system.
